You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a return for an eligible item.

Eligibility & Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

·       The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging.

·       A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Please Note: For the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any products that have been opened or used.

How to Start a Return

1.       Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at contact@healthnherb.com or call us at 0300-8488752. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

2.       Get Approval: Our team will review your request. If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send the product back to our facility in Lahore.

3.       Ship the Item: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

4.       Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

5.       Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed. We offer two options:

·       Store Credit: A store credit coupon for the full value of the item will be issued. This coupon is valid for 90 days.

·       Bank Transfer: A cash refund can be processed via bank transfer within 5-7 business days.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Tampered Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or you suspect has been tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

·       Be sure to keep the original product and packaging.

·       Provide a photo of the issue to our customer care team.

·       We will promptly arrange for a free replacement or a full refund for the item at our expense.
